COMPANY PROFILE - THE LETTERBOX DISTRIBUTION

RESIDENTIAL DISTRIBUTIONThe rate is $50 per1000 plus GST for our standard distribution areas. For all other areas the rate is negotiable. There is a minimum of 2000 leaflets.
INDIVIDUAL DISTRIBUTION(Similar to Australia post) $ 150 + GST Per 1000 - Minimum Quantity 500 (Selected suburbs only) A special rate for an on going commitment or a stand alone delivery is subject to negotiation.
BUSINESS TO BUSINESS DISTRIBUTIONThere is a minimum quantity of 1000 and the rate for distribution in our coverage areas is $75 plus GST per1000. Payment is required prior to distribution. We accept cash, cheque and direct transfer to our nominated bank account.
DESIGNThe cost will be determined by the nature of the work involved. Payment is required prior to commencement of the final artwork
PRINTINGQuote valid for 30 days and is subject to sighting of final artwork. Full payment required before printing commences.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Melno takes letterbox distribution seriously and responsibly

Melno walkers are thoroughly trained in the practice of letterbox distribution. The standards we follow are specified by the State Distribution Board.

We do not deliver advertising material to letterboxes marked “No junk mail”,“Australia Post only” or “Personal Mail only”, the exceptions being an approved charity collection, council material and Federal and State electoral matters.

If a letterbox is full, we will not leave material on top the letterbox.

A registered newspaper will be delivered to “No junk mail” households.

In our coverage areas, we do not deliver competitive leaflets in the same week.

Random delivery checks are conducted each week by our warehouse managers.
